Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs 
Shipping costs are determined by your order total.

 

Shipping times 
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. All orders are shipped using "Premium" shipping method for quick delivery at a low cost, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: these rates are meant for shipping within the continental United States. Please send us an email at customerservice@savanapparel.com if you would like to place an international order. Since the shipping cost is out of our control, we'll do our best to keep your shipping rates low.

Privacy & Security

Savan ASP honors clients and visitors to our online store. We duly respect the privacy of all our visitors whom we request personal and financial information from. All data that we collect are confidential, collected for the purpose of accomplishing a sales transaction, for improving clients' online shopping experience and for distribution of communication or marketing materials.

For all orders, we require your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone and fax number. We also require a credit card number or your PayPal account to charge you order to. Please provide your full name or the name stated in your credit card and/or identification card to ease verification. We utilize phone numbers and email address to confirm your transaction with us as well as your shipment status. For certain situations, Savan ASP may also contact you for other details or questions concerning your order. 

Should you choose not to receive any promotional material from Savan ASP, please edit your account information and uncheck the General Subscription box. You may also change all the data you provide in your account information or via email through the Contact Us page. It may take several days before your request not to receive promotional materials is processed. No information provided in your account information is given to any third party entity.

Returns & Replacements

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT SAVAN ASP

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Savan ASPYou may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning a gift, please provide the original sales invoice so that we could process an exchange or give you a store credit.

In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be will be charged at a discounted rate. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.)

 

Return items by mail

Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice (please add a note indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s)).

Ship US Postal Service or UPS. Make sure to add tracking service and insure your package.

We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement.

 

SPECIAL MERCHANDISE RETURN GUIDELINES

Prints, Sculptures and Jewelry items purchased from Savan ASP must be returned within 15 days of receipt in its original condition and in its original packaging

 

Ordering

To shop or browse for products at Savan ASP, choose a category at the top and click a sub-category from the drop down list. At the category page, you may select your currency and a price range at the left hand column. To pick an item, simply click the Add to Cart button or the Add to Compare button below the item to include your order. You will be directed to the item’s page where you can examine the item more closely and learn of it’s details. You must select your desired size for clothing and place your desired quantity. You may click the Add to Cart button to include the item in your shopping cart or click theCheck out with PayPal button to immediately purchase the item. The Add to Cart button will open your shopping cart and allow you to review the items you’ve selected. If you wish to browse more items, click the Continue Shopping button to pick more items. To remove an item from the list, click the trash bin icon at the REMOVE PRODUCT column to erase the item from your list. 

For discounts, simply input your coupon code and click the Apply Coupon button at the Discount Codes box. 
To determine the shipping and taxes cost, choose a country, input your state or province and your Zip code. Click Get a Quote

When you are ready to purchase the items, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will be asked to place your billing information. Fill-out all required fields and click “Continue” to proceed to the next step until you complete the Check out process.

If you wish to pay via PayPal, click the Check out with Paypal button. A request to PayPal shall be sent to authenticate if user has an account with Paypal.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Savan ASP welcomes all orders from local and international locations. We accept payments through Paypal and credit cards Visa & Mastercard only. Payments through Paypal are subject to PayPal’s fees, terms and conditions. 

All prices are subject to taxes and shipping costs which may vary depending on location & shipping entity. We strive to maintain a low shipping cost for all products. However, shipping and tax rates may vary without prior notice. 

Savan ASP products are available for resale. We accept bulk orders of all available products. However, bulk orders may incur bulk order charges in shipping. Please contact us for further details. 

Individuals and/or entities availing of a tax exemption must contact Savan ASP before any purchase is placed. Savan ASP ensures that all transactions are in accordance with local and state laws. 

Savan ASP appreciates the support of all our clients. We provide promotions and news in our website and through our newsletters for clients signing up to receive communication materials from Savan ASP. All promotions are available to clients as indicated in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

 

Viewing Orders

At the end of payment in your check out progress, all orders are automatically presented for review and tracking. You may also check your orders in your account information page. Be sure to log in first before accessing My Account

For tracking the status of your orders, Savan ASP will send you the necessary codes or data provided by the shipping company. We assure you that shipment of our products is within the standards of proper handling and shipment. However, Savan ASP is not liable for any damages to the products incurred during shipment.

 

Updating Account Information

For your shopping convenience, please provide updated data in your account information page. Your personal information can be reviewed and edited in theMy Account button at the right-hand corner of the website. You may provide a default shipping and billing address to be used for a quicker check out progress. 

You are a valuable client, we welcome your comments regarding your purchases. You may submit a product review for purchased items and maintain a record of them in your account’s My Product Reviews.
